Kim Kardashian and Kanye West agreed to win joint custody after the divorce

   Kanye West has agreed to take custody of his 4 children and Kim Kardashian.
   His response reflected Kardashian's filing for divorce on February 19, which began the process of ending their nearly seven-year marriage.
   In both filings, the American rapper and reality TV star agree that their marriage should end because of irreconcilable differences.
   They also agree that they do not need spousal assistance.
   West and Kardashian have two daughters - North and Chicago, seven and three, respectively - and two sons - Saint, five and Psalm, will turn two next month.


   According to Kardashian records, they keep their property private throughout the marriage because of the terms of a prenuptial agreement.
   The couple are one of the most famous stars in the world and both have enjoyed a lot of success. Their marriage has been one of the most closely watched in recent decades.Kardashian, 40, made her debut in 2007 as the star of the family reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The show has remained popular ever since and will air its final series on E! cable network next year.
   Last week, many of her business projects - including makeup, styling clothing and mobile apps - made her a billionaire.West, 43, is one of the rap industry's biggest names, known for its global hits like Stronger, Jesus Walks and Gold Digger. He has also had success as a fashion designer.
   Last year, West unsuccessfully ran for US president. During his campaign, the rapper's series of online posts and erratic public appearances raised concerns and prompted Kardashian to speak out.
   She said her husband suffers from bipolar disorder, is a "talented but complex person" and calls for more empathy about his mental health from the public and the media.
