This is the result of a study conducted by a medical university in Guangzhou, China, published in the Annals of Internal Medicine (USA) on May 31, 2022.

The researchers analyzed health data on 171,000 people from the UK Biobank. Before joining the study, these people did not have heart disease or cancer.

Looking at the effects of unsweetened and sweetened coffee on the body, scientists found that after a period of seven years, those who drank unsweetened coffee had a lower risk of death. 16-20% more than non-coffee drinkers.
